Booking & Payment

What is the booking process?


A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your place. The balance is due 60 days before departure. Bookings made within 60 days require full payment at confirmation.

 

What if I need to cancel?


Cancellations more than 60 days out forfeit the deposit. Within 60 days, the full trip value is non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

 

Can I change my travel dates?
Yes—private departures or custom dates may be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Vehicles & Driving

What car will I drive?


Our curated fleet includes Porsche 911s as standard, with upgrade options available. Alternative vehicles (SUVs, etc.) may be arranged for families.

Is vehicle insurance included?


Yes. Comprehensive cover is included, though guests remain responsible for the deductible in case of incident.

 

Do I need special driving experience?


No,  but drivers must be comfortable handling high-performance vehicles on winding roads. A valid driver’s license (international if applicable) is essential and it is noted that minimum driving age due to insurance requirements is 25 years of age.

Do I drive every day?


Yes, driving is central to the experience, but always well-paced and balanced with culture, food, and leisure.

Group & Guest Information

How many guests are in a group?


Each departure is limited to a maximum of six guests, ensuring intimacy and high-touch hosting.

Can families join?


While designed for couples, families are welcome. Larger vehicles may be arranged to suit.

​

Is there a minimum age?


Drivers must be over 25. Passengers of 16+ are welcome, though the trip is primarily adult-focused.

Travel Practicalities

What’s included in the price?

What’s not included?


Flights, personal expenses, vehicle upgrades, spa treatments, wine shipping, and discretionary gratuities.

Are dietary needs accommodated?


Yes, our partners can cater to all restrictions and preferences with advance notice.

What’s the weather like?


April and October are prime months: warm days, cool evenings, and perfect conditions for top-down driving.

Extensions & Extras

Can I extend my stay?


Absolutely. We encourage guests to add a safari or coastal escape. We have curated a list of trusted partners to design the perfect extension and we highly encourage it.

Are tips included?


Tips are not included. A gratuity of $100 per day for your host is considered generous and appreciated.

​

What travel documents are required?


A valid passport (with two blank pages) is required. Most nationalities do not need a visa for stays under 90 days.

​

Is travel insurance required?


Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must include medical evacuation, cancellation, and vehicle coverage.
